Arrival Guide at Chennai airport

Immigration and Customs: If you’re arriving on an international flight, proceed to the immigration counters for passport checks. After immigration, collect your baggage from the designated carousel. Then, go through customs clearance.
Domestic Arrival: For domestic flights, you’ll directly proceed to the baggage claim area and then exit the terminal after collecting your luggage.
Transportation: After exiting the terminal, you’ll find various transportation options such as taxis, app-based cabs, and pre-booked car services. There are also car rental services available at the airport.
Parking: If you have a vehicle parked at the airport, follow the signs to the parking area corresponding to your terminal.
