Cancellation/Refund Policy
If you have purchased a LIGHT Or FRIENDLY Fare, you will not receive a refund; if you’ve purchased a ‘FLEXI’ a refund is possible up to 12 Hours before departure, a refund fee of OMR 15 per person per ticket will be charged. After 3 Hours before departure no refund is permitted.
