Services of Air Asia Airlines
An affiliate airline of the Kuala Lumpur-based AirAsia, Thai AirAsia launched domestic operations in Thailand in 2004 with flights from the capital Bangkok to other Thai cities. A low-cost carrier, it plies both domestic and international flightsfrom Bangkok’s Don Mueang International Airport.
Thai Air Asia Airways
Thai AirAsia is a joint venture of Malaysian low-fare airline AirAsia and Thailand’s Asia Aviation. It serves AirAsia’s regularly scheduled domestic and international flights from Bangkok and other cities in Thailand.
Thai AirAsia was once the only low-cost airline operating both domestic and international flights from Suvarnabhumi Airport.However, the airline transferred all operations in Bangkok from Suvarnabhumi Airport to Don Mueang International Airport effective 1 October 2012.

Refund/Cancllation Policy
Some airlines allow customers to cancel within 24 hours of booking their flights. Please be aware that this may only be applicable if you book direct with the airline. If your flight does fall under a policy that allows for a full refund within 24 hours. The 24 hours starts from when you confirm your booking. Alternative Airlines is open from 9am – 9pm UK time, and if your 24 hour cancellation period expires whilst we are closed, and you contact us during this time, then you will not be entitled to a refund. You must contact us within our opening hours and allow us time to process the refund to qualify for a refund.
